Gatorland has been delighting visitors for over half a century. This historic Florida mainstay brings you gators… and lots of them. Watch them at rest and play, witness a live alligator feeding frenzy, and watch as a brave handler attempts to wrestle an eight-footer.
Gatorland prides itself on being low-tech, low-maintenance, and on providing millions of visitors with an authentic Florida experience. Despite the name, Gatorland is about much more than alligators. At 110 acres, the park is a haven for other wildlife too, showcasing the beauty of the swamp as an ecologically-diverse paradise of flora and fauna.
Gatorland Orlando highlights
Gator Jumparoo Show – this is the show that put Gatorland on the map. Watch as dozens of gators compete for the prime cuts in a feeding frenzy.
Gator Wrestlin’ Show – man vs. Gator. See this Crocodile Dundee-style show and watch as a brave handler comes face-to-face with a six to eight foot gator.
Up-Close Encounters – snakes, insects, exotic birds, and animals from around the world are brought in for you to see in this show.
Adventure Hour – take part in a daring trip into the heart of the Breeding Marsh for a behind-the-scenes tour of Gatorland. Advanced reservations required and separate pricing may apply.
Gator Chow/Gator & Snake Photo – stop by the bait shack on the main walkway and bring your peace offerings to the hungry reptiles, then head to the Gator Photo area to capture the experience.
Allie’s Barnyard Petting Zoo - let your little ones get close to the animals. This area features over-the-fence petting and feeding experiences with the park’s other lovable and less snappy critters.
