Enter the arena up to 1 hour before the start of the game with your exclusive ticket. Whether you want a quick snack or fine dining, you can choose from several unique bars and restaurants around the venue to grab some food before the event. Settle into your seats, ready for the pregame light and video show, followed by edge-of-your-seat action from Orlando Magic.

Getting in

Present your pass at the Kia Center Box Office at window #6 on Orlando Magic game day to receive your game tickets (no earlier than 3 hours prior to tip-off). The box office is located on Church Street and remains open until halftime.

Your pass is valid for select games and seat location is subject to availability (Promenade Level or Standing room sections). Please see Hours of Operation for games included with your pass.

All fans attending Orlando Magic games at Kia Center must comply with the following health and safety protocols:

  • All bags are prohibited, except for medical and parent bags.
• Cashless Purchasing
  • Food and beverage and souvenirs may be purchased using debit or credit cards, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. 
• Masks are recommended, but not required.
