Whether you want a quick snack or fine dining, you can choose from several unique bars and restaurants around the venue to grab some food before the event. Settle into your seats, ready for the pregame light and video show, followed by edge-of-your-seat action from Orlando Magic.

Getting in

Present your pass at the Kia Center Box Office at window #6 on Orlando Magic game day to receive your game tickets (no earlier than 3 hours prior to tip-off). The box office is located on Church Street and remains open until halftime.

Your pass is valid for select games and seat location is subject to availability (Promenade Levelor Standing room sections). Please see Hours of Operation for games included with your pass.
Interested in upgrading your tickets? Call 407-916-2255 and speak with an Orlando Magic representative about ticket upgrades. 24-hour advance reservation is required only for upgraded tickets.
