If you’re around for dinner, make a reservation at Campfire, a buzzy restaurant that serves wood-fired everything in a rustic-chic space complete with a glowing outdoor firepit. It’s definitely more upscale than the rest of the Barrio crawl, but still casual enough to keep things fun. Try the blistered okra or pork collar and let the staff guide your drink choices—their house cocktails are some of the best in Carlsbad.
