There’s loads to see at the museum, including the building itself, which was reopened in 2005 as a state-of-the-art facility that integrates art, architecture, and the natural landscape. If you’re looking for a break from the art, the de Young Café is the perfect place to refuel and the emphasis is on local and seasonal ingredients.
