Getting in: show your pass at the ticket counter and you'll be given an AREX QR-code. Then, scan the AREX QR-code at the automatic ticket vending-machine to get your physical ticket. You can then use your physical ticket to get through the AREX gate and you're off!

Things to remember 

• The express train departs on time, so make sure you redeem your ticket in enough time to board the train you're hoping to get.
• Eating and drinking onboard are strictly prohibited. 
• During the off-peak season, train frequencies may be low so make sure to check the timetable before traveling.
