You can book your spot up to 10 days in advance on the Go City Reservations Portal. You'll need your order/pass number(s) and the email you used to purchase.

To book your spot, email [email protected] or call 1800 326 822 with your pass number, preferred date and time of departure. Walk-ins at the Fantasea counter on Circular Quay Wharf 6 are accepted but subject to availability on the day.

Email [email protected] to book your spot on a cruise. Please mention that you would like to book the ‘Sydney Value Lunch Cruise’, your preferred cruise dates and the pass numbers for all passengers you are booking for.

Walk-ins are available on a first-come, first-served basis but are unlikely during peak seasons, so we recommend booking to guarantee your spot.

Reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email.

Once you receive confirmation you will need to pick up your tickets at the Sydney Opera House Welcome Centre on the lower concourse, where your pass will also be scanned.
