Step inside the Imperial Treasury and discover its unrivaled collection of insignia, coronation vestments, and mementos. These ornate items help to tell the story of the House of Habsburg - once one of the most influential dynasties in Europe.

In the Ecclesiastical Treasury, you'll find religious relics that tell the story of the Catholicism of the Habsburgs, all the way through to the era of the Counterreformation, as well as some items of Austrian folk religions.

You can then visit the Secular Treasury, home to an important collection of medieval royal objects. Among these impressively valuable items include a giant narwhal tooth which was thought to be the horn of a unicorn and an agate bowl from Late Antiquity which was thought to be the legendary Holy Grail.
