Your pass includes access to both locations: in the grand Palais Eskeles in Vienna's old town and on the Judenplatz in the heart of the Jewish district.

At the Jewish Museum's old town location, you'll discover the history of Jewish people in Vienna before and after the Second World War. Harrowing photos, documents, antisemitic imagery and other exhibits chronicle the oppression, racism and genocide suffered across the centuries, with a particular focus on 1421, 1670 and under the 20th-century Nazi regime. 

At Museum Judenplatz, go below street level to visit the foundations of the medieval synagogue and experience an impressive 3D reconstruction of how the building would have looked before its destruction in 1421. Learn about the resilience of the Jewish community in Vienna and discover what life was like here in medieval times.

Jewish community and achievement in the arts and sciences is a theme that runs through the exhibitions in both museums, with an outstanding collection of Judaica and ritual objects to explore.
