Dublin Liberties Distillery

This guided tour of a working distillery is a must for whiskey connoisseurs and novices alike. As well as getting an in-depth look at the Irish whiskey distilling process, you'll also have the chance to sample some of the distillery's award-winning whiskeys.

Lead by one of the distillery's experienced team, you'll see how they manage to produce 700,000 litres of whiskey annually. You'll also learn all about the history of The Liberties - the storied and often riotous location of this distillery. The whiskey produced here is rich in character, tradition and rebellion, which is directly inspired by the stories of this area of the city.

As well as enjoying this fascinating tour, you'll get to take part in a tutored whiskey tasting, featuring The Dubliner Blend and a 5 YO Oak Devil Single Malt.
