  • How is COVID-19 impacting my upcoming travel plans with my London Explorer pass?

    Unfortunately, London's popular sights and attractions are temporarily closed. In light of the outbreak, London Explorer pass has automatically updated passes to be valid for two years from the purchase date. If you are planning on exploring London over the next two years, we suggest you hold on to your London Explorer pass and do not activate it until you can be sure most attractions are open.

    Once you activate your Explorer pass, it will be valid for 60 days once activated.

  • How does the London Explorer pass work?

    The Explorer pass lets you choose a select number of attractions to visit within 60 days. Once you've chosen the number of attractions you want to visit and purchased, it's ready to use. Simply download your pass to the free Go City app and you can start exploring the city and making huge savings. There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with the Explorer pass. You can pick and choose as you go - just be sure to check the attraction page to see if you need to make a reservation before.

    There are over 60 attractions to choose from on the London Explorer pass. Use your pass for admission to London's most popular attractions including lastminute.com London Eye, Big Bus Tours London, Westminster Abbey, and much more. You'll find a huge range of things to do on the pass including historic museums, popular walking tours, and cruises past iconic landmarks.

  • Does the London Explorer pass include transportation?

    No, the London Explorer pass does not include transportation. But some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Hop-On Hop-Off Big Bus London Tour.

  • What is the age range for child London Explorer passes?

    Child passes are for ages 5 to 15. Adult passes are for ages 16+. Children 4 and under are free! If you're traveling as a family, we'd recommend purchasing child passes. They're an easy way to budget, save on attraction prices, and have all your tickets conveniently in one place.

  • Does the London Explorer pass have exclusions?

    There are no exclusions–you can visit each attraction once for the lifetime of your Explorer pass. There's no need to choose which attractions you'd like to see before you purchase the pass, you can pick and choose any of the Explorer attractions as you go. This allows you to change your mind and wait and see what you feel like in the moment.

  • ¿Tengo que hacer reservas para visitar las atracciones?

  • Do you ship London Explorer passes?

    You'll receive everything digitally for your own convenience, so you can purchase a pass from anywhere in the world. This also gives you the option to purchase passes before your trip or while you're away.

  • Can I upgrade my pass after purchase?

    Unfortunately, we don't have an option to upgrade passes currently. Check out our pass comparison page to see which pass is best for you, whether you're flexible with your travel plans or on a strict time schedule.

  • ¿Cómo recibiré mi abono?

    Recibirás tu abono por correo electrónico apenas se procese tu orden. Elige entre dos opciones: Usar tu abono directamente en tu teléfono con la aplicación gratuita de la tarjeta Go City. Imprimir el abono y la guía en tu casa. En el correo electrónico de confirmación encontrarás enlaces e instrucciones sencillas para ambas opciones.

  • How does the Go City App work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), London Explorer pass guidebook, itineraries and more.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer a ticket to hand in.

  • How can I look up my order if I've lost my confirmation email?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your London Explorer passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand. 

Using my pass

  • How do I use my London Explorer pass?

    Once you have your pass, it's ready to use. All you have to do is turn up at your chosen attraction and get your pass scanned for admission. Please check individual attractions for reservation details, in case you need to book beforehand.
