  • How is COVID-19 impacting my upcoming travel plans with my Go New Orleans pass?

    Unfortunately, New Orleans' popular sights and attractions are temporarily closed. In light of the outbreak, Go New Orleans automatically updated passes to be valid for two years from the purchase date. If you are planning on exploring New Orleans over the next two years, we suggest you hold on to your Go New Orleans pass and do not activate it until you can be sure most attractions are open.

    Once you activate your All-Inclusive pass, it'll be valid for the consecutive amount of days you've purchased.

  • How does the Go New Orleans pass work?

    With the Go New Orleans pass, you can choose the number of days you want to sightsee, with 1, 2, 3, or 5 days available. You'll have unlimited access to all the attractions for the duration of your pass. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days (not 24-hour periods) indicated on your pass. For example, if you have a three-day pass and you visit your first attraction on Monday afternoon, your pass will be valid for the remainder of that Monday and the following two calendar days (Tuesday and Wednesday). We suggest starting early on your first day to maximize the number of attractions you can visit with your pass. Don't forget to check the opening times of each attraction you plan to visit too so you don't miss out on anything.

    Once you have received your email confirmation with your passes, the Go New Orleans pass is ready for use. Simply download or print your pass and start exploring the city your way.

    Want to visit an attraction again? You can. With a Go New Orleans pass, you can visit each attraction once per day for the duration of your pass.

  • What attractions are included on the Go New Orleans pass?

    There are over 25 attractions to choose from on the Go New Orleans pass.     No, the Go New Orleans pass does not include transportation.

  • What is the age range for child Go New Orleans passes?

    Child passes are for ages 3 to 12. Adult passes are for ages 12+.

  • Does the Go New Orleans pass have exclusions?

    In most cases, you can visit each attraction once per day with your pass. Some attractions are valid only once during the life of the pass. Check the individual attraction pages for details. 

    There's no need to choose which attractions you'd like to go to before you purchase, you can visit as many of the attractions as you want for the duration of your pass. You can wait and see what you feel like in the moment, change your mind, or plan it all in advance - it's up to you.

  • Do I need to make reservations at any attractions?

    Most attractions will let you scan your pass and go straight in, but a few will require reservations beforehand. Please check the individual attraction pages to see whether you'll need to make a reservation.

  • How long is my Go New Orleans All-Inclusive pass valid?

    Once you activate your pass, it will be valid for the number of the consecutive calendar days you purchased. For example, if you have a three-day pass and activate it on the first day of your vacation, you'll then have 2 consecutive days to use the remaining two days of your pass. We suggest starting early on each day to maximize the number of attractions you can visit.

    You have two years from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After two years, it will expire. Our 90-day cancellation policy gives you 90 days from your purchase date to return any non-activated passes for a refund.

  • How much does the Go New Orleans All-Inclusive pass cost?

  • Do you ship Go New Orleans passes?

    You'll receive everything digitally for your own convenience, so you can purchase a pass from anywhere in the world. This also gives you the option to purchase passes before your trip or while you're away.

  • Can I upgrade my pass after purchasing?

    Unfortunately, we don't have an option to upgrade passes currently.

  • How does the Go City App work?

    The Go City app is free and available for both Apple and Android devices. Download directly to your smartphone and show your pass at each attraction to be scanned for admission. The app includes your pass(es), Go New Orleans pass guidebook, itineraries, and more.

  • How will I receive my Go New Orleans pass?

    You'll get your pass via email as soon as your order processes. Choose between 2 options: Use your pass right on your phone with the free Go City app. Print your pass and guidebook at home. Links and easy-to-follow instructions for both options will be in your confirmation email.

  • How can I look up my order if I lost my email confirmation?

    Visit our Order Lookup page to access your Go New Orleans passes or to email customer support if you don't have your order number or email on-hand.

  • Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?

    Your confirmation email will contain instructions on how to download your pass and start scanning it for admission. You can also print your passes from your confirmation email if you'd prefer a ticket to hand in.

Using my Go City Pass

  • How do I use my Go New Orleans pass?

    Once you have your pass, it's ready to use. All you have to do is turn up at your chosen attraction and get your pass scanned for admission. Please check individual attractions for reservation details, in case you need to book beforehand.

  • How do I activate my Go New Orleans pass?

    Easy: simply visit your first attraction to activate your Go New Orleans pass.

  • Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
