How do I get my pass?

Firstly, download the Go City app. You can then use your order confirmation number to add your pass to your phone. Et voilà, it'll be right there on the app. (But don't worry, your pass won't activate until you visit your first attraction!). 

Feeling old-school? You can also print your pass at home using the link in your confirmation email. (You can also show this version of the pass on your phone if you'd prefer!).

Some attractions welcome visitors on the day and some need to be booked in advance, so be sure to check our All-Inclusive Pass reservations page before you travel.

New York also has a few extremely popular attractions that don't have reservation requirements, but will involve wait times during busy periods. These include Top of the Rock Observation Deck, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Best of NYC Cruise by Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises and Liberty Super Express Cruise. 

What's included with the All-Inclusive Pass?

With the All-Inclusive Pass, you can visit as many of the top New York sights, tours and must-sees as you wish while your pass is valid.

Plus, with the Go City app, you'll have all the information you need at your fingertips. We're talking attraction information, suggested itineraries, a handy map and more!

How long do I have to use my pass?

When you enter your first attraction, your pass will activate. You will then have the remaining consecutive days of your chosen pass duration to visit as many attractions as you wish.

For example, if you activate a 3-day pass on Monday, it will be active on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pass will conclude at midnight on Wednesday.

  • What's the difference between an All-Inclusive Pass and an Explorer Pass?

    We know that no two sightseers are the same, that's why we offer two pass options. For those who want to see as much as possible, we've got All-Inclusive passes. Choose how many days you want your pass to be valid for, and then visit as many attractions as you wish.

    And for those of you who are a little pickier, we've got the Explorer Pass. With this pass, you can select how many attractions you wish to visit, and you'll then have 60 days to do so. Plus, there's no need to decide which ones you'll visit before you purchase, so you'll still be able to keep your plans flexible.

  • Do I need to make reservations before I visit any attractions?

    Some attractions require you to book your spot. If this is the case, you'll find the info you need to make a reservation on our website and app's attraction listings. Or, you can click through to our  Explorer Pass reservations page or our All-Inclusive Pass reservations page to find all the attractions which require a booking.
