Direct Connect - Go City's custom API . This is the API in which your technology partner will connect to our system to get information about a pass' validity and record a successful admission.

This option is best for attractions and experiences that accept Go City customers on a walk-up basis, allowing you to scan our passes directly through your scanners provided by your technology partner.

Go Reserve - this is a two-way integration between Go City and your technology partner. Go City will connect into your technology partner's API to fetch real-time availability and enable customers with a valid pass to book a timeslot. We will work with your tech partner to link the the customer's pass number with the booking in your system. When the customer arrives, you simply need to use the customer's Go City QR code / pass number to retrieve and redeem the reservation in your system.  This will also trigger a call to our Direct Connect API to send real-time usage to Go City.

This option is best for attractions and experiences where your agreement with Go City is for customers to be able to make an advanced reservation.
 

Go City has a number of different tiered categories for our preferred partner program. The weighted scoring is calculated based on the following key categories:

3. Onboarding and Configuration Speed
4. Feature Completeness
5. Bespoke Feature Reliance
6. Commercial & Adoption Indicators
