Undoubtedly Rome’s most iconic attraction, you’ll have plenty of time to wander around and listen to the history of these important sites with your audio guide.

Before your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a fascinating multimedia video at the Touristation office that’ll give you further historical context about Roman life and the ruins you are about to see.

If you’re the type who loves to dive deep into the stories behind the sights, your pass also includes an audio guide. You’ll learn all about the ancient amphitheater, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill’s history, and their secrets. You’ll learn about the gladiator fights, the engineering marvels, and the infamous politics of ancient Rome.

Wear comfy shoes because you’ll be doing a lot of walking. And don’t forget to bring a water bottle; Rome can get pretty hot. Most importantly, take your time to really look around and soak in the culture. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, after all.

This attraction is extremely popular and gets booked up fast. If this is one of your 'must-sees', please reserve your spot as soon as possible! You can book up to 3 days in advance of your visit. Book online on the Touristation website.

Please enter full names in the designated fields when making your booking.
The first name and last name must exactly match those shown on the passport or ID card that will be presented to staff for ticket verification.
The tour company cannot be held responsible for any access issues caused by incorrect names.

For reduced tickets (ages 6–17), please ensure they are booked correctly by entering the reduced ticket holder’s name in the appropriate field.
If a reduced ticket has been mistakenly booked as an adult ticket, please notify the tour company promptly at [email protected].

For infants (children under 5 years of age), please inform the tour company promptly at the same e-mail address so the required ticket can be issued.

Please note:

It is not possible to cancel your booking. If you fail to show up, your pass will still be activated and one of your choices will be used.
Your pass will be activated by the tour company 72-hours before your visit to ensure a guaranteed spot.
You will need to bring your passport or ID to show when you enter the attraction. Entry will not be permitted without ID (and the name on your ID must match the name on your pass/booking).

Getting in

Don’t forget to prebook your visit in advance on the Touristation website. Once in Rome, visit the Concierge Service, Piazza d'Ara Coeli, 16, on your first day in Rome to collect your ticket to access the Colosseum.
