Tuesdays, New Year's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, 3PM close on Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. All holiday hours are subject to change without notice.

Know before you go

Getting In: Present your pass to any ticket agent for entry. Please note that this site is an old ship; it is always recommended to call ahead regarding unforseen closures.

Please Note: Parking is complimentary with admission. Go San Francisco pass will not be accepted for entrance for Monster Bash, New Year’s Eve Gala, or July 4th.

For your safety and the security of the Museum, ALL BAGS larger than 12” x 8” x 12” are NOT permitted. This includes backpacks, camera bags, tote bags, diaper bags, ladies purses, etc. Visitors will be asked to return backpacks and large bags to their vehicle. To accommodate visitors arriving by public transportation, there is a limited supply of rentable lockers.
