To cancel a booking please email [email protected] with your booking reference number. Please note that the tour provider cannot accept cancellations by any other method.
Bookings that are cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time will not have their Pass validated, and will not have their credit/debit card charged.
Bookings will have their credit/debit card charged a fee of £20.00 per person if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time, or the guest does not attend the tour, or if the guest presents invalid passes. This cannot be refunded.

I had an amazing tour with Sara. What a fun time! Everyone in our group was so friendly and Sara was a wealth of knowledge. A fun way to spend an afternoon and go to pubs that you might not have seen otherwise.
Fun pub tour
DeeDeeEric took us on a fun and informative tour of 4 local pubs. We learned a lot about London, its history and about pubs through the years. We also enjoyed trying some of his spot on suggestions. He is a great guide who is friendly and entertaining. It was a fun way to spend the afternoon.

Fun Informative Tour Like No Other
- Guide, Rachel, (attractive, lithe, 20-something in Levi's) was so pleasant, attentive and (of course) informative. A degreed aspiring actor 'Londoner born & bred', she has a delivery that is measured and endearing. Our small (7 w/Rachel) group included 2 jovial 'not-Trumplican' retired Texan men (one on a mobility scooter), a 50-something New York couple, and a 40-something Manchester, UK couple. The conversation/sharing dynamic was... simply put, instant and convivial (we exchanged email addys). At the 1st of the 4 pubs visited the ambulatory Texan forgot his black 'laptop type' backpack just under the 4-top table the group pulled up 3 chairs to occupy during our visit. Only missing it after the 2nd pub, Rachel phoned both previous pubs plus sent a colleague around to also locate & collect it. Both pubs' staffs "had a look around" as did the colleague, but no joy. Rachel sympathetically suggested to the now crestfallen pensioner, "For your own peace of mind, you might wish to return and look yourself, then rejoin us at the last pub." Off he trod to then phone back to Rachel that he looked himself and <sigh>... sure enough there It was right where he said it'd be! He quickly rejoined the group for a (now) celebration tour wrapup. I highly recommend this tour (for after noon) (beer/ale sampling in the morning doesn't seem/sound right). And I highly HIGHLY recommend booking with Rachel (for this and other tours we learned she conducts.) You might just make long distance life-long friends like we 7 did!
