If you have kids or love history - visit!
July 2026 OahuThe main building with all the artifacts was beautiful. There were so many artifacts we could have been in that one building all day. They do an incredible job with educating you on the culture and history of Hawaii. I can see how the science adventure center would be fun for children. We went in there to see a lava demonstration and not a single person was there, nor was there a sign stating the next demo time or if it wasn't being offered that day. That was disappointing. The planetarium shows are an additional fee. The parking fee is way too high, but we were able to find street parking free.
Great activity for a sun break
shinybluestudsAwesome spot for learning about the history of Hawaii and Polynesian culture. There are so many ancient artifacts to admire. Our group easily spent 2 hours there.
