We did upgrade to the electric bike bikes and well worth it because we traveled huge circle around the city, we went then went to go find some food and it just was an amazing experience they give you the lock and the key to be able to lock your bike up.

We got some amazing recommendations from the customer service agent and decided to go to Punchbowl cemetery for an overlook amazing views.

It’s dangerous on the grid but the other drivers were generally very considerate as we stayed to the left on 2 lane roads and permitted freeways, speed limit was between 25 and 35, standard bikes go 30-35 but GoogleMaps tells you you’re actually 5 below.

They give you clear directions have a phone number if you run into any issues or concerns, but definitely would give them an A+ rating because it was fabulous.

For 2 people that’d be just $14 on top of the GoCity app perk for the activity (“free”), but in reality it came to just over $100 for two people for a full day with fees, insurance, gas & a phone mount for navigating with your own phone.

Experience Honolulu with a Moped Rental

Take your moped into Honolulu and explore this buzzing city on two wheels, or head out on the coastal road past Diamond Head State Monument and out towards the beautiful Sandy Beach. Be sure to stop off at Lānaʻi Lookout and Halona Blowhole Lookout for some gorgeous views of the ocean. There's nothing like getting a lay of the land with a scooter rental on Oahu, that gives you the flexibility to do things on your own schedule!

As well as your moped, you'll be provided with a map and helmet and the team at Hawaiian Style Rentals will be more than happy to offer you plenty of local tips and advice to make your trip extra memorable!

What's included

Your pass includes three-hour standard moped rental.
Your rental includes a map of Oahu and a helmet.

Getting in

Reservations are not necessary but recommended. Simply show your pass and your driver’s license at Hawaiian Style Rentals to collect your moped. A prepayment of $6 for gas and all applicable tax for the rental will be collected at the day and time of the rental.

With your Go Oahu Pass, you’ll receive a moped rental for 3-hours, a map with suggested routes and a helmet. Each moped rental will require either a refundable deposit of 300 USD per vehicle on a credit card or the non-refundable purchase of “Hawaiian Style Coverage”. Hawaiian Style Coverage” costs 25 USD, you will be fully covered for theft, damage, and roadside assistance. Upgrades to other vehicles types are available at an additional cost.
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a moped.
