Ready to book? Visit our reservations portal to get started. 

• You'll need your order number and the email address you used to purchase your pass.
• If you have an All-Inclusive Pass, you can make a same-day or next-day booking. If you have an Explorer Pass, you can book up to 7 days in advance.
• You can also view and amend your time slot - just head to the 'my bookings' section of our reservation portal.
• Cancellations or changes must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled booking.

Top tip: we advise reserving the earliest time slots to avoid the crowds.

1. Select a date from the calendar on the right handside. 
2. Select the tour you'd like to book.
3. Select the number of people you're booking for in the Go City® Passes drop down menu.
4. Enter your pass number(s).
5. Complete your booking. You will need to provide a credit card number but your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up.
6. You'll then recieve a booking confirmation to show your guide at the meeting point.
