Appalling, almost offensive

Anthelm

The conceit of the museum is really inspiring and the rooms themselves are interesting and engage with the theme of Irish identity from a number of new perspectives and angles. The approach of the staff, however, needs serious and urgent review. Cringeworthy jokes are one thing, and the patronising of visitors as if they were primary school children another. But when it comes to invasive questioning, gross stereotyping of Irish identity, mocking visitors with craven leprechaun performances, this is quite another. The guide seemed determined that everybody would leave thinking the Irish are a nation of fools and incompetents.

Great Value!

Our whole family (age 3 to 43) really enjoyed all the Dublin stories and history. Very well organized. They store our peak/stroller with no problem. Easy to get through in about an hour to 1.5.
