About this experience 

Get the full Thai culinary experience – from selecting fresh ingredients at the local market, to knocking up your own curry paste, cooking four Thai dishes, then eating the lot – in this fun four-hour masterclass with the Pink Chili cookery school.

Your session begins with a meander around the local food market, an authentically Thai experience during which the chef will explain the various herbs, spices and other produce purchased, as well as schooling you in the ancient Thai art of haggling!

Back in class, you’ll learn traditional Thai cooking techniques, including creating curry pastes tailored to your own heat tolerance, as well as how to prepare and cook perfect rice every time. Menus vary day to day, but you can expect to make dishes such as coconut soup, papaya salad, tamarind prawns, red curry and, of course, deliciously sweet mango with sticky rice.
