Butterfly Hollow

Outback Trail

Take a journey Down Under and meet Australia’s most fascinating wildlife, including kangaroos, wallabies, cockatoos, and emus. Visit the seasonal Aussie Aviary, where you can hand-feed a flock of friendly budgies.

Nature’s Neighborhoods

Perfect for young explorers! Watch red pandas climb high in the treetops, see prairie dogs pop up from their burrows, and step into a walk-through aviary with a serene duck pond.

Bird’s World & Raptor Ridge

Orange Line to Forest Hills stop, then take the #16 bus to the zoo. Red Line to Andrew stop, then take the #16 bus to the Zoo.

Weekdays: 9AM - 5PM
Weekends: 9AM - 6PM

August & September
Daily: 9AM - 5PM

Last entry is 1 hour before closing.

The zoo may adjust their hours due to inclement weather and special events.
