Learn about the Salem witch trials with a Salem Witch Museum ticket.
What you'll do
Throw out your history textbooks and your Hocus Pocus DVD – this place is where you'll learn all about Salem's infamous witchcraft trials. The Salem Witch Trials took place in 1692, and over 150 people were accused of witchcraft and 20 executed. You'll travel back in time to the 17th-century Salem Village and experience this dramatic period in history, which is brought to life through imaginative stage sets.

Take the T: From Boston by Train (30 Minutes) - Newburyport/Rockport Line from North Station. At the Salem Station, come up to street level, walk down Washington St. Take your second left onto Church St. and walk 2 blocks to the Salem Witch Museum.

September - June: Daily 10AM - 5PM

The museum will be closed for the first three weeks in January.
Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
Early closures at 3PM on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
