Chicago - Reservations

Book your visit up to 5 days in advance on the Go City Reservation Portal.You'll need your order number and the email address you booked with to make a reservation. Remember that your pass must be valid at the time of your visit.

No problem, in the My Bookings section of the Reservations Portal you can amend your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled booking.

If you fail to cancel or amend your booking within the cancellation period, your pass will be ineligible for a refund or rebooking.

We recommend booking slots between 9AM and 2PM for the best availability!

• You can cancel or amend your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled reservation time in the My Bookings section of the Reservations Portal.
• If you fail to cancel or amend your booking within the cancellation period, your pass will be ineligible for a refund or rebooking.

Please note

• If you do not see availability during peak times and sunset hours, you can arrive without a reservation, but you will need to pay an additional fee of $10 per person. This is strictly based on same-day availability and is not guaranteed.
• Your reservation permits you entry to Skydeck Chicago starting 15 minutes before your reservation time and up to 15 minutes after your reservation time. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, Skydeck Chicago staff will attempt to admit you during an alternate time as space permits, but this is not guaranteed.
• Group visits of 10 or more can be challenging during busier months, and groups may need to split across multiple reservations.

Head to one of the Big Bus locations between 10AM and 3PM and let an agent know you'd like to book on to the Sunset Live Tour that evening. They will scan your pass and issue you a ticket for the evening's tour.

Please note

• You can only book onto a same day tour, for that evening.
• Tickets are available on a first come first served basis so we recommend booking on early in the day. 
• Once you have your paper ticket you cannot change your reservation.

4. Complete your booking. 
   You will need to provide a credit card number but your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up.
5. You'll then receive a booking email confirmation.
6. Show your pass and booking email confirmation at the studio for your scheduled Spray Paint 'n' Sip- Chicago session.

We recommend you reserve your spot in advance as there is limited walk-up availability. To make a booking,  visit the Experience First website. Select the Mobsters and Haunted Mysteries of Chicago Walking Tour and click 'reserve now'. 

You will need to enter your card details to reserve your spot, however, you won't be charged unless you fail to show up for your tour or don't cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.
