Getting in

Arrive at Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge 15 minutes before the tour starts. Show your pass and proof of reservation.

It is possible to request pick-up from some centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina). Please request this when making your booking.
