Your journey begins at the center of the Financial District on Wall Street. As your tour progresses, you’ll hear about each area’s unique history and have the opportunity to sketch them for yourselves.
This unique tour combines sightseeing and art, as well as the opportunity to join fellow art enthusiasts from around the world. Your guide, Rachel - a New York City-based artist - will take you to several famous Lower Manhattan Landmarks, including the Wall Street Bull, George Washington Monument, and Trinity Church with Alexander Hamilton cemetery. As you admire each landmark, your guide will explain its fascinating history.
You’ll have the opportunity to sketch each location with the guidance of a skilled artist who is passionate about the city. The New York City Sketching Art tour winds up with a final chat where you’ll revisit your work, receive detailed feedback, and discuss your final sketches with the group. Getting in:
You will meet your guide in the Financial District in front of 37 Wall Street to the right of Tiffany’s, where Rachel will hand out your sketch pad and pencil that are both yours to keep. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour start time.Maximum Amount of Guests Per Tour: 10
