Mosey on down to Queen’s Surf Beach to collect your long board. Ohana Surf Project also offers upgrades to short boards and performance boards for a fee. If you wish to upgrade to a short board or performance board please contact Ohana Surf Project to make a reservation.

Getting in
Reservations aren't necessary but are the best way to guarantee your rental. You can book via their online portal.*
On the day, show your pass to pick up your board from the white Ohana Surf Project van (vehicle) parked at Queen’s Surf Beach behind the Barefoot Beach Cafe, between Honolulu Zoo and the Aquarium.
You'll need to attend a mandatory safety briefing before surfing.
Please note:
- You must be aged 13 and over and able to swim in order to rent a board.
- Please bring a towel, suitable swimwear, sunscreen and drinking water.
- Rentals may at times be unavailable due to unsafe conditions or demand.

*Please Note:This tour operator has a 24-hour cancellation policy. When you make your reservation you will be asked for a credit card to hold your reservation. Your credit card will only be charged if you do not cancel at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Safety briefings take place at 8:45 AM and 11:45 AM. You must attend a safety briefing prior to taking out a board.
