FAQs - Paris
Our All-Inclusive Pass is valid for a full calendar day, not a 24-hour period. So, if you visit your first attraction in the afternoon and activate your pass, you’ll miss out on a morning of sightseeing. We recommend starting early, so you can get the most out of each day. Be sure to check each attraction’s opening times to plan your itinerary.
While our passes don't include public transport, they do have a variety of tours and sightseeing buses to choose from. Some might say that's even better than a busy public bus. Just saying.
Sorry, we aren't offering pass upgrades at this time.
As there are no names printed on your pass (only an email address is required), they make the perfect gift. All passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, so you can gift them for use at a later date.
The Go City app is your key to exploring the city. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. It’ll then be ready for scanning.
To help make your experience even better, we’ve loaded the app with tons of attraction info, tips, and a handy itinerary tool so can plan your perfect trip.
The days of the All-Inclusive Pass are consecutive.
Once you activate your pass, this will count as your first full day. You will then have the following consecutive days, depending on the duration you have chosen, to use it. For example, if you have a 3-day pass and activate it on a Tuesday, you’ll then have Wednesday and Thursday to visit all your chosen attractions.
Sorry, we don't. Our passes already give you great savings on sightseeing, so, unfortunately, we can't offer any further discounted rates on individual passes.
Pfft, this isn't your ex's Netflix account. Our passes cannot be resold or used by more than one person. We're sorry about that!
Our All-Inclusive Pass Plus also includes a Paris Museum Pass, which gives you access to some of the best museums and galleries in the city.
2 and 3-day All-Inclusive Pass Plus holders will receive a 2-day Paris Museum Pass.
4-day All-Inclusive Pass Plus holders will receive a 4-day Paris Museum Pass.
6-day All-Inclusive Pass Plus holders will receive a 6-day Paris Museum Pass.Your Paris Museum Pass is fully digital - once you've purchased your passes with Go City, we'll send you all the information you need to download it, which is done through our booking portal.
When you download your Paris Museum Pass before you start sightseeing, you'll be asked to specify a 'date' which MUST be on one of the days you plan to use your passes. A day will be redeemed for the date you enter, which cannot be amended.
The first day of activation of the two passes will either be on the 'date' you enter OR when using your Go City® All-Inclusive Pass Plus for the first time. Your Go City® All-Inclusive Pass Plus and your Paris Museum Pass must be used in conjunction, within the same period and on a consecutive day basis (not 24-hour periods).
Our child passes are for ages two to 17.
Stasher has locations worldwide where you can store your luggage while you explore a city.
Exclusive to Go City customers, bookings can be made online using the coupon code GOCITYSTASHER for 10% off via the Stasher website.
Well, it depends:
If you've purchased an Explorer Pass, you'll have 30 days from first use to visit your remaining attractions.
All-Inclusive passes are valid for the number of consecutive days that you have purchased. The first day of activation will either be on the ‘date’ you enter when downloading your Paris Museum Pass (if you have purchased a Pass Plus) or when you scan your All-Inclusive Pass for the first time at an attraction.
Please note: if you don't visit your first All-Inclusive Pass attraction until 5PM, that will still count as a full ‘day 1’. We recommend allowing for this when planning your trip so you can make best use of your pass and see as much of the city as possible!
Remember, your All-Inclusive Pass Plus and your Paris Museum Pass must be used in conjunction, within the same period and on a consecutive day basis.
The Paris Museum Pass is non-refundable and non-exchangeable and does not include access to temporary exhibitions. This means that if for any reason you want to get a refund for your Paris Pass Plus or Go City All-Inclusive Pass Plus, then the cost value of the Paris Museum Pass will be deducted from your overall order refund.
You can find out the cost value of the Paris Museum Pass, included with your pass type, on the Paris Museum Pass website.
Yes, it will – so please only put in a date that’s within the consecutive days that you plan to use your passes. Once a date has been entered, it will be redeemed and cannot be amended.
For example, if you purchase a 3-day pass to explore Paris on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of March, you can enter any of those three dates. Anything outside of those dates will be automatically redeemed and you may lose one of your purchased days.
Some of our attraction partners allow you to make a reservation via our easy-to-use Go Reserve online portal. If an attraction requires a reservation through our portal, you'll find instructions on how to do so in the 'Know before you go' section of the attraction's page on our website and app.
When you make a reservation on the Go Reserve platform, this will count towards your pass usage.
If you have an All-Inclusive Pass: your reservation must be made on a day in which your pass is, or will be, activated.
If you have an Explorer Pass: your reservation will count as one of your choices.
If you fail to show up, or do not cancel in enough time, your reservation will still count as one of your days/choices.
Once your request has been reviewed, which is usually within 24 hours of receipt, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends).
If you haven't received your refund after this time, please let us know and we'll look into it for you.
If you can't find what you're looking for on our FAQs page, please reach out to us via our Chatbot and we'll point you in the right direction. This is the fastest, easiest way to get in touch.

Still no luck? Double-check the card number, expiry date, and CVV are all correct. And make sure it's still valid and has enough available balance.
