You'll step into Mission Concepción to marvel at original frescos, explore Spanish and Moorish influenced architecture and even check out an old irrigation system, with its dam and aqueduct, that's still in use today.

Mission Concepción
visit the oldest unrestored stone church in the nation and get a close-up look at its original frescos. This 200-year-old Franciscan mission consists of a santuary, a nave, a convento, and a granary.
Mission San Jose
this historic Catholic mission was founded in 1720 and boasts a stunning arched exterior and weathered photogenic facade. Here you'll see La Ventana de Rosa (the rose window) - one of the finest examples of baroque architecture in North America.
Espada Aqueduct & Acequia
see one of the oldest irrigation systems in the world in action. This Historic Civil Engineering Landmark and National Historic Landmark is still in use today.

- AM tour: 9AM – 12.30PM
- PM tour: 1.30PM – 5PM
Closings & holidays
Offered twice daily, except for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and during select dates in April for Fiesta San Antonio.
