Picking up your card

Please request your card via the Go City booking portal on the day you want to pick up your card, you'll then receive an email with your six-digit voucher code to use to claim your card.

To collect your WOWPASS, you'll need to find a kiosk or machine in the city, you can look at locations on the WOWPASS website. You'll need to scan your passport and select the option 'I have a voucher code' and then in-put your 6-digit voucher code, emailed to you when you made your reservation.
