what a relaxing experience after a day of walking. we were lucky as the weather was marvelous. The only thing to take care of, is going two hours early to check in. The boat gets full fast. There is a limited number accepted through this pass under the "pretended" uncomprehensible reason of claiming that : it's an open ticket !!??

As other comments said, the location is wrong. Just put that in your GPS, then head towards the pier where the boats are. You’ll see a tent with blue writing at the top. It’s by Julia Travel. Just ask them. One boat leaves at 7:30 (with the live music) and the other at 8:00 (with live DJ). We had a lot of fun. We didn’t get to listen to the live music, because the app said 7:45. But the DJ was great!

Sunset cruise - meetup location problem

As mentioned by another reviewer, no one came to the meet up site and we ended up going across the street to Julia Travel. This is actually the location that the GoCity chatbot directed me to. Both the Live Music and DJ cruises were listed as full, but they gave us tickets to the DJ cruise anyways. Cruise was nice and enjoyed the skyline.

Directions where to be escorted was wrong. We walked around and just started asking ticket agents at the boat after that everything was OK.

Meeting point incorrect

The boat ride itself was very good. The air felt fresh, the music (though not live) was enjoyable, and the views were well worth it. The thing that was terrible is that the GoCity app showed a meeting point at the monument and the time of 7:45pm but nobody ever came. there were other people waiting with us. It was very shady. We finally located a ticket booth (not labeled GoCity) that said they would accept our tickets but the boat didn’ leave until 8:30pm so there was a lot of wasted time waiting and searching. GoCity needs to update the meetingp poin at a time of this activity, please. The boat tour though was great.
