Plans Changed?
You can view, cancel, and amend your reservation in the 'My Bookings' section of the Reservation Portal. Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled booking.
If you fail to cancel or amend your booking within the cancellation window, your pass will be ineligible for a refund or rebooking.
