Fun but carts are a little jumpy

Jason

This was fun if a bit stressful. First time driving on US roads, the cart felt way too jumpy on the throttle and too light. It's also not a sat nav, just a set route, so doesn't help if you go off course when the audio directions are slow. But it was fun to drive around once you get the hang of it around old town.

Brilliant fun!

Elaine

My family (with children aged 10 & 12) and I had such fun with the Go Cars! We did the 1 hour downtown tour which really was great. The satnav is easy to follow and we booked for 10am on Sunday morning when the roads were not too busy to make it easier for us. I would highly recommend and would do the Red Rock Canyon upgrade next time.

Bad Customer Service

Carolina

Me and my boyfriend were really looking forward to the gocar experience but it was a little disappointing. First we got there and it was a really hot day and the person at the front was just not good at his job. He left our car in the hot sun with black plastic seats and we had to burn our legs to even sit down since we were wearing shorts. He saw that I burn my legs and offered no alternatives or apologized. The actual ride was cool at first but half of the drive was on back roads that were run down and not a good sight to see. When we came back there was a new gentleman at the front who actually knew how to do his job and he had parked the next customers car in the shade. He also mentioned he normally wipes down the seats with a wet rag to cool them down to avoid customers being burnt. Anyways this was just ok for us.
