Crystal ·Lady at the desk scanned our tickets then got confused with something and said she had to scan them again. When she scanned them the second time it showed the tickets had been redeemed already because she had already scanned them. She was rude about and never let us in since she scanned them twice and made them not useable.. wasted the event and time to get there..
