Walk-ins are accepted, but as this tour is subject to availability, we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment on the day. To make a reservation, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Your full name
Number of guests
Your pass numbers
Date and time of desired tour (please note, All-Inclusive passes must be redeemed by 5:30PM at this attraction and are therefore not valid for evening tours starting later than 6PM).

You will then receive a confirmation email with information on parking, bag policy and more.

When you're in, show your pass and proof of reservation at the tour lobby in VIP Entry 7. Please arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour to allow for ample time to get checked in.
All guests will need to enter the stadium at the intersection of Pincay Drive and Varus Drive. Please follow instructions of the parking team and park in lots E/F/G.
Stadium entry will be through Entry 10A (please look for directional signage).
