Begin your journey at a picturesque beach where you'll be greeted by our friendly and experienced instructors. They'll provide a brief introduction to paddleboarding, ensuring everyone is comfortable and confident on their boards before heading out onto the tranquil waters.
Once afloat, the class will commence with a gentle paddle to a calm and secluded spot, offering stunning views of Oahu's coastline and lush surroundings. Here, anchored in the serene bay, you'll be guided through a series of yoga poses designed to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility, all while enjoying the gentle sway of the ocean beneath you.
The session is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis, and modifications are offered to accommodate everyone's needs. As you move through the practice, you'll find a deep connection with nature, surrounded by the soothing sounds of the sea and the warm Hawaiian sun.
The session concludes with a peaceful meditation, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the tranquility of your surroundings.

Your pass gives you access to a morning class with Yoga Floats, an SUP Yoga experience.
No experience needed but guests joining the class should be able to handle a moderate level of activity.

When will you ever get to do this?
Desiree ·I get that you can do yoga at any gym, but this was an amazing experience. The island breeze, the swaying palm trees, the blue water; all of it made everything extra relaxing. We saw turtles during our yoga session, not very far from the boards. Also, I really appreciate that as a memento of our session.
