How does the Go Paris pass work?
Once you have received your email confirmation with your passes, the Go Paris pass is ready for use. Simply download or print your pass and start exploring the city your way.
There's no need to choose your attractions before you buy with Go Paris - you can pick as you go. We suggest you start by heading to the Big Bus redemption center to pick up your Museum Pass and then taking your Big Bus tour around the city.
What are the benefits of the Go Paris pass?

What does the Go Paris pass include?
Go Paris pass includes admission to Paris' best things to do for two consecutive days. Enjoy Paris' best museums and landmarks with the Go Paris pass and save on normal ticket prices.
Can I download my Paris Museum Pass?
No. The Paris Museum Pass isn't a digital product. In order to use your Paris Museum Pass, you must pick it up at the Big Bus Redemption center by showing your Go Paris pass.

How long is my Go Paris pass valid for?
You'll have up to a year from the date of purchase to start using your pass. After one year, it will expire. If you don’t use your pass within 30 days of purchase, you can contact customer service for a refund.
Does the Go Paris pass include transportation?
No, the Go Paris pass does not include transportation. Some attractions do take you around the city to popular attractions, like the Big Bus 1-Day Classic Ticket.

What is the age range for child Go Paris passes?
Child passes are for ages 2 to 18. Adult passes are for ages 18+.
What attractions are included on the Go Paris pass?
The Go Paris pass includes the Paris Museum pass, River Cruise, and a 1-Day Hop-on-Hop-off ticket, as well as 3 other attractions. With your Paris Museum Pass, you are able to visit over 60 museums over 2 consecutive days.

Do you ship Go Paris passes?
You'll receive everything digitally for your own convenience, so you can purchase a pass from anywhere in the world. This also gives you the option to purchase passes before your trip or while you're away.
Do you offer discounts for seniors, military, or students?
No, we don't offer discounts for seniors, military, or students. If you sign up to our Go City emails, you can save even more on your first All-Inclusive or Explorer pass purchase.
What are the Go Paris pass purse values?
Each Go Paris pass is subject to a purse value which is based on the duration of the pass.
The purse value is the maximum amount you can use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For the 2-Day adult Go Paris pass (worth €95), you can visit as many attractions up to the total cost of €131.50.

How will I receive my Go Paris pass?
You'll receive the Go Paris pass digitally via email after you've purchased. You'll then have the option to print off your pass(es) at home or download them to use them straight from your phone.
Can other people use my pass?
No. Go Paris pass products are non-transferable and may not be re-sold.
Can I visit the same attraction more than once?
You can visit each attraction just once with Go Paris
Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions?
Certain museums may require an advanced reservation. Please make sure to check each attraction's website to find any necessary reservation information.
Please note, making reservations will NOT activate your pass. Your pass is only activated when you visit your first attraction. A reservation counts towards your visits if you do not turn up for reservation the visit will still be removed from your pass.
Please be advised that if reservations are required, it is recommended that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
