Great people. Fun tour
People running the store, very personable. Interesting to see their custom machinery that they had built and the big blocks of soap that they make prior to cutting them down. In addition to the sample pack that you get they have really cool soaps you can buy as souvenirs. Plus you can stamp your soap which is fun

David and ChrisGreat little place to explore. There are other shops nearby. Soap looked and smells good.
No Tour.
Jen SI was told ahead of time that she isn’t offering tours this summer, but we’d each be able to stamp soap and get 15% off purchases. So, she scanned all of our passes (5 total) and gave us travel-size soap to stamp. Go City should not be paying her for this experience since there was none, and the samples were so tiny. Definitely not worth the time or effort to go there, even if passing through the area.

JerryIf your in the area or have other things planned up north, you should 100% stop by or make an appointment to tour the process! Such a great experience!
Lack of communication
L JohnsNot great since we drove an hour to go to this tour to be told that there were no tours happening due to the recent rains, which I understand. All we were told is, my co worker was supposed to call you, which they didn't. They did offer us 15% off in their gift shop. Disappointing.
Wonderful visit learning about natural made soap
JenniferWe had a wonderful time talking to the owner, looking around at the hand-made bars of soap, and learning about natural soaps versus store-bought commercial made chemical concoctions. We would highly recommend going to the soap factory on your visit!
