Reservations

Booking isn't required but it is recommended. You can do so by emailing [email protected] or calling (732) 538-7630 (Extension 3).

Please call (312) 644-0300 or email ([email protected]) 10pin Bowling Lounge to reserve your spot. Email is preferred for a quick response. All reservations are based on availability and additional times may be available upon request.

We recommend you reserve your spot in advance as there is limited walk-up availability. To make a booking, visit the Experience First website. Select the Chicago River Architecture Walking Tour and click 'reserve now'. 

You will need to enter your card details to reserve your spot, however, you won't be charged unless you fail to show up for your tour or don't cancel within 24 hours of the tour start time.

1. Select a date from the calendar on the right-hand side. 
2. Select the tour you'd like to book.
3. Select the number of people you're booking for in the Go City® drop down menu.
4. Enter your pass number(s).
5. Complete your booking. You will need to provide a credit card number but your card will not be charged unless you fail to show up.
6. You'll then receive a booking confirmation to show your guide at the meeting point.

Please call, (312) 939-2438 or visit the Shedd Aquarium's website to make a reservation. Be sure to reserve early as capacity is limited.

• If you have an All-Inclusive Pass, you can make a same-day or next-day booking (You are allowed one single visit in the duration of your All-Inclusive Pass). 

• If you have an Explorer Pass, you can book up to 7 days in advance.

• Due to short-term capacity restrictions, please make a reservation as soon as possible for the best chance of availability and we advise reserving the earliest time slot to avoid the crowds

• Please note: If you do not see availability during peak times and sunset hours you can visit without a reservation, depending on availability, but you'll need to pay an additional fee of $10 per person.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least one hour prior to the scheduled booking.

• Group visits of 10 or more guests can be challenging during busier months.  Groups may need to split into multiple reservations in order to visit the attractions.

Please Call The Escape Game Chicago ((312) 453-7753 ext. 2 ) and provide them with your confirmation code in order to reserve. Your 12-digit confirmation code can be found on your pass.
