How do I get to LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort from London?
LEGOLAND® is easily accessible from London by car, train, or bus. You can take a direct train from London Paddington or Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Central Station, followed by a short bus or taxi ride to the park. There’s lots of parking on site too if you have a car and would prefer to drive.

Are there any age or height restrictions for the rides?
Yes, some rides at LEGOLAND® have age, height, or health restrictions for safety reasons. These restrictions vary depending on the ride, so we recommend checking the information boards at the entrance of each attraction.

Can I bring outside food and drinks into the park?
Sure, outside food and drinks are generally permitted inside the park, there are designated picnic areas where guests can enjoy their own refreshments. However, glass containers and alcohol are not allowed.

If you don’t want to bring food with you, there are also lots of tasty dining options available within the park for all tastes and dietary requirements.

Is there a dress code for visiting LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort?
Nope, there’s no strict dress code, but we would recommend comfy, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear for a day of walking around the park. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for those planning to go on the rides.  

Go City is the best choice for maximum savings and flexibility when sightseeing in London. Your credits package includes LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort tickets, plus admission to dozens more top London attractions.

Getting in

On arrival, after any bag searches, head to the entrance gates - next to the Ticket Office - to have your pass scanned and validated. Keep your confirmation email handy in case you need it. Then you’re good to go!

Plans changed? No problem, in the Reservations Portal you can amend your booking up until 12PM on the day of your arrival.

If you’re taking the train to Windsor, we recommend taking the 702 or 703 buses to the attraction. Between them, they operate half-hourly services. Journey takes approximately 20 minutes and costs £2 per person each way. The bus will drop you at the main entrance.
