Please redeem your tickets on the day of your visit on the Go City redemption page. You'll need your order number and pass number to complete the process. Tickets are only available from 3.30am Hong Kong time onwards. There is no need to reserve in advance, so you can get your tickets when you wake up in the morning before you visit the park! Remember your pass must be valid at the time of redemption.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket.

Please note: no changes/cancellations are allowed once your e-tickets have been issued.

Weekends and public holidays may be busy so make sure to book well in advance if you're hoping to get a table then.

This workshop is only available for adult pass holders (aged 12 or above) and not suitable for children. Parents are welcome to bring their children but the kids will not be able to participate in the workshop.
