Hong Kong - Reservations

Please redeem your tickets on the day of your visit on the Go City booking page. You'll need your full name (as it is on your passport), your Go City order number and pass number to complete the process. 

Same-day tickets are only available from 9AM - 5PM Hong Kong time. There is no need to reserve in advance – your ticket is only valid on the day of redemption and your pass must be valid at the time of redemption.

You'll receive a confirmation email containing your e-ticket.

Please note: no changes/cancellations are allowed once your e-tickets have been issued.

Please email or call, the location of your choice, at least one day in advance to make your reservation. Remember to have your pass details handy! Weekends and public holidays may be busy so make sure to book well in advance if you're hoping to get a table then.

This workshop is only available for adult pass holders (aged 12 or above) and not suitable for children. Parents are welcome to bring their children but the kids will not be able to participate in the workshop.
