You’ll be provided with freshly brewed tea and guided step-by-step through how to create your first piece of art, from a brief tutorial in the history, philosophy and basic techniques of Chinese ink painting, to experimenting with delicate Chinese paintbrushes and rice paper.
One of the most common themes of Chinese ink painting is bamboo. It’s also one of the easiest techniques for beginners to master, with plenty of long straight brush strokes.
