- Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in.
- If a tour you would like is sold out, please check the booking calendar the day before or morning of a tour as we sometimes receive cancellations.
Subway fares
- Some tours require a subway fare, it will mention this when you book and if so, you'll need to have your ticket or payment method ready before you meet the tour.
- If subway fare is required you can use an unlimited MetroCard (one per person, cannot be shared), a pay-per-ride MetroCard (can be shared for up to 4 people) or OMNY tap and go with your credit card or payment app. MetroCards must be purchased before you meet the tour.
