What you'll do
Get your silver screen fix at Cinecittà World, where around 40 movie- and TV-themed attractions run the gamut from hair-raising rollercoasters to awesome water rides, virtual reality experiences and 3D film screenings.
Adrenalin fiends will love the utterly terrifying range of rollercoasters, including Altair, a thrill-a-second inverted space-themed ride that hits the hyper-speed button and runs with it. Hop aboard Inferno for a terrifying ride into a dark Dantean hellscape, and guarantee yourself a drenching on the Aktium water-coaster.
Cinecittà World is home to Volarium, the world’s first flying theater, where you’ll soar over the rooftops of 16th-century Florence on a Leonardo da Vinci-inspired ride. Other attractions across the park’s seven themed zones include film sets, sound stages and a dedicated kids’ area. There are several live shows a day, plus the chance to cool off at Aqua World, Cinecittà’s huge water park, between June and October.

Cinecittà World has around 40 attractions, including rollercoasters, kid-friendly rides, live shows, film sets and more.
Opened in 2014, the park covers around 120 hectares southwest of Rome.

Closings & holidays
The park closes in winter, from early January to mid-March.
