It's easy to book your class with an Explorer Pass. All you've got to do is email [email protected] at least 24 hours in advance of the class you would like to take. In your email, include your pass number (s) and any food allergies you have. You'll then get a confirmation email, letting you know that you're booked in!

Please note: no-shows or cancellation after the 24 H prior the date of the experience will still count as one of your attraction choices so your pass will still be activated and one of your choices will be used.

You must book this in person at stop 1 at least half an hour in advance and select a time to take the tour. This operates on a first-come first-served basis.

Email [email protected] at least 48 hours before you'd like to reserve your spot, let them know that you're a Go City customer and include your pass number(s). Please mention any food allergies in your email. You'll then get a confirmation email from the restaurant, and you're good to go!

Please note: your pass is only valid for the Pizza Terrace Menu in the Prati District.
