River Wonders is home to animals you’d find living in and around rivers. See more than 5,000 of over 300 species like Chinese giant salamanders, giant freshwater stingrays, electric eels, manatees, piranhas and more.
You’ll also find land mammals like giant pandas, red pandas, crab-eating macaques, and squirrel monkeys. River Wonders encompasses rivers from all around the world in seven zones: Mississippi River, Yangtze River, Ganges River, Congo River, Mary River, Mekong River and River Nile.

Once Upon a River
Meet adorable capybaras, feed beavers, and take a selfie with a pelican at this animal presentation.
River trails
Embark on a journey through Rivers of the World, Wild Amazonia, and Amazon Flooded Forest to learn all about their animal inhabitants.
Amazon River Quest
