Waste of time
Ash TEvery ride had a 45 minute wait. We did about 3 rides in the whole day. If you are visiting London don’t waste your time on this. Far better things to do in London!
Disappointed
LilyVery disappointing visit. Some rides not open. 2 rides broke down whilst we were near the front of the queue. Too many people with access or fasttrack being allowed on before main queue. We queued for over 2 hours for 1 ride which then broke down about 20 people from the front.- no apology or offer of a fast track to another ride. In fact once it was fixed, they still let the fast track and access customers on first even though they had just turned up and many people in the main queue had been patiently waiting in the extreme heat over 2 hours. There seemed to be more visitors than the park could cope with. 250+ miles for a let down of a visit. We won't bother again sadly.
Slightly disappointing 😞
Mark SThe family were filled with excitement to visit Chessington but it unfortunately didn't meet our expectations, leaving us slightly disappointed. We were there for around 7 hours and only managed 5 rides. Mlst of the time was spent waiting in queues with no shade from the sun. We also queued for three different rides, only for it to be announced that they were closed due to a fault. We also felt that the food and drink was over priced, costing £5.50 for one ice cream cone and flake.
Buen parque familiar
Pitximuy bien para ir con niños. Recomendable. Todos hemos disfrutado mucho.
Excellent fun
PaulExcellent fun for kids and adults. We had a great time. It would be great to see it open later in summer. It was a scorcher the day we visited so a few more shaded seating areas would have been ideal.
