Mail Rail is a miniature railway originally designed to carry post, not people. As such, it's not suitable for everyone and, unfortunately, the attraction is unable to accommodate wheelchair users on the ride itself, although wheelchair users can experience a virtual version of the ride on site.

Potentially. The Mail Rail train is small and runs through narrow underground tunnels, so you’re enclosed for roughly 15 minutes with limited space around you.
If you’re comfortable on a normal Tube train, you’ll probably be okay, but it can feel noticeably more enclosed than the Tube.

The estimate of 45 minutes could not be more wrong. I could have spent hours there. The Mail Train was phenomenal. The production value for it was amazing and I loved the entire journey. They don't lie about it being a small train though. The actual museum portion was even better! It was so interactive and I wish we could have spent more time there. We got to make ourselves into stamps and you even got a digital copy of it. Hands down the best thing on our three day pass. Would 100% recommend the Postal Museum!

Interesting Museum

This is an interesting museum made for all ages. It seems to have been relegated to a museum for young kids based on the Mail Rail train ride, which is a ride in the historic tunnels that used to be used to transport the mail. That is a shame since there are all kinds of interesting facts to be learned here. At least the kids do not run wild, as in the London Transport Museum. It is worth a look.

Lack Of Appointments For 3rd Party Tickets

Travelled from the midlands, planned a day of venues to visit as part of purchasing the London Pass with my family of 5 of us. Unfortunately this venue did not allow for pre booking and made this out first venue. So we arrived just before 1100 and was told no spaces for "3rd party tickets" until after 2pm. Due to having other plans this meant we were unable to visit this which was a massive shame. Staff really didn't care and felt they were rude.
