Accurate weights are extremely important, as they directly impact seating configuration and overall aircraft weight and balance. Passengers weighing over 300 pounds may incur an additional comfort seat up-charge at check-in.

You can view and amend your booking in the Go City app. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking.
If you fail to cancel or amend your booking within the cancellation period, your pass will be ineligible for a refund or rebooking.
