Amsterdam in Motion brings the Dutch capital city to life through a breathtaking audiovisual show, with fascinating projections and animations, including a gigantic 200m² model.

Amsterdam in Motion’s maquette is the largest multimedia-scale model in the world, featuring spectacular projection mapping on the model and its walls, and 30,500 buildings, all placed by hand.

Curated by the Amsterdam Museum, at Amsterdam in Motion, you can uncover hidden stories and catch a glimpse of the Amsterdam of tomorrow.

Delve deeper into the museum on the second floor, where you’ll find an interactive exhibition focused on four areas.

In Housing and Migration, learn about the people who have called Amsterdam their home, while Football and Fashion transports you into the world of Ajax. Join a demonstration in Dam Square in Canals and Protesting, and design your own neighbourhood in Trade and Urban Planning.
